On the weekend after Fanfest, we piece together the bits and pieces said about Project Nova and engage in a little speculation on where it is going now. We also talk about the Viveport subscription service, the Valkyrie Groundrush update, Star Trek: Bridge Crew, and Bait reviews Ryse.
Since we know it’s what you came for, here’s the Fanfest Opening Ceremony, timecoded to the Nova section. Also here’s the ScreenRant interview.
Valkyrie is getting an amazing update this week with the Groundrush update!
Check out this awesome demo of Star Trek: Bridge Crew!
It’s available now on iTunes or you can find it at http://biomassed.net/podcast
Great podcast, Tanks!
@17:00, need to get troops on the ground for Valkyrie… no doubt, as long as we get ground to air weapons/vehicles for them 😉
@27:00, (when will they let us see something) Q: “As for when you can expect to hear more (about Project Nova)?
A: “It wouldn’t be two years” says Gaudechon.

So we should hear about it at next years fanfest to build the hype the author was talking about in earlier in the article… hopefully we will get an alpha play out of it before then?
@28:50, I believe they will bring us into the universe gradually and we will be in fully eventually (I hope).

@51:00, Would love to see the PVE from (:23 sec) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xnt1tTlnqfY
@54:00, Would love to see at least 16 vs. 16 again for skirmishes (even 32 vs. 32), but want to eventually see an open game types that are unlimited in scope as well.
@57:00, Agreed, have been wanting to breach a ship and take it from inside (or destroying the ship via a charge), kill drones, “orbitals” that will be crazy cool (especially if it could be tied into the game Eve Universe eventually), but still want to hit the ground as well.
