Pokey, Xel, and Livvy talk about the PlayStation 4 Pro, 7 Days to Die on the PS4, the death of modding on the PS4, and Necropolis: Brutal Edition.
Necropolis has had a major update called “Brutal Edition”! You can find it on Steam here. Soraya also recommends Tropico 4. (The entire Tropico series is 75% off right now on Steam.)
We talk a fair bit about the PS4 this week, with their announcement of the new PS4 Pro. Also announced in tech was the iPhone 7, as Samsung’s exploding Galaxy Note 7 issues continue.
Some may be interested in Bethesda’s statement about why mods won’t be coming to PS4 as previously announced.

Had the screen replaced under warranty on my 60″ 4K TV yesterday. It had developed a horizontal white line of pixels and a vertical red line of pixels and a black spot of dead pixels where the two lines met. The repair man said he had not seen anything like that in a few years but it had been more common back when LCD technology was still new. I am glad to have it fixed.
I still say, watching TV on a 60″ High Definition screen feels like watching something on a nice screen, while watching 4K programing on a 60″ 4K TV feels like you are watching it through a window.
Of course the problem with 4K on a video game is that the higher the resolution, the more that bush or tree looks like a paper cutout.
7 Days to Die sounds like a game I might enjoy.
