Between boosters, BPOs (permanent items), reduced-skill BPCs (one-time use items), components, and strongboxes, players have a lot of options, and not all of them are good. For new players, passive boosters and standard-level BPOs are probably some of your best investments, whereas the strongboxes are likely a questionable investment at any level.
